Steps to Enrollment:

1. (Optional but encouraged) Complete the Request Information Form.
   • The Academy will contact you to schedule a tour and answer any questions.
2. Set up a FACTS Account and Complete the Online Application.
   • The application requires the following (not all apply for families entering PK and K):
     • Scholar, family, and household information
     • Standard document uploads (Immunization records, Birth Certificate)
     • Information on past school(s)
     • Records Request from the transferring school
     • Agreement to the Family-School Covenant
     • Two letters of recommendation
     • Completed placement test (done at St. Regis)
     • Financial Aid application
     • Completed application payment ($25)

Once your application has been accepted, we will contact you with details on how to complete the final enrollment process.

1. Log into your FACTS Family Portal.
   1. ​​District Code: STRA-MO
2. Select Apply/Enroll from the dropdown menu on the left.
3. Click Enrollment/Reenrollment.
4. Select “Click here to open enrollment.”
5. Complete the reenrollment form. If your information hasn’t changed, this process should only take a few minutes.

Registration Payment Details:

• Tuition and fee rates for the 2026–2027 school year have not yet been finalized. Updated information will be released in January 2026.
  
• Payment Plans - You can set up a payment plan to spread out the registration payment between the date you complete it and May. To arrange a payment plan, please contact the school office.
